MODERA production is organized at the Karasai Machine-Building Plant.

Profile forming lines
Manufacturing of Flat Pack profiles and structural elements using specialized equipment.

Assembly and welding of frames
Assembly and welding of foundation frames, ceilings and other metal frame elements with geometric control.

Powder coating line
Surface preparation and application of protective powder coating on metal structures.

Manufacturing and cladding of the base
Formation of the floor structure, laying of the layers provided for in the project and preparation of the base for assembly.

Engineering systems
Electricity supply
Cable lines are laid in the floor.

Fire safety
Fire alarm cables are pre-wired. Fire alarms are factory-installed.
Water supply and sewerage
Cold and hot water pipes are installed in the floor. Sewage systems are installed. All plumbing connections are made at the factory.
