Flat Pack is a modern modular building system delivered in a compact, disassembled form and quickly assembled directly on site. This technology significantly reduces transportation costs, shortens construction time, and allows the building to be dismantled and relocated multiple times if needed.
Standard Flat Pack modules are manufactured within 15–30 calendar days after project approval and receipt of the advance payment. Lead times for large-scale projects are determined individually.
Payment terms are agreed individually depending on the order volume and project requirements.
No. The Flat Pack construction system is designed for quick and easy assembly. We provide detailed installation instructions, assembly drawings, and technical support. If required, our specialists can provide on-site installation supervision.
Flat Pack technology can be used to create offices, dormitories, canteens, sanitary facilities, medical centers, checkpoints, administrative buildings, classrooms, worker accommodation facilities, hotels, and residential complexes.
Strict quality control is carried out at every stage of production — from inspection of incoming materials to final inspection of the finished product before shipment. All components undergo checks for geometry, welded joints, protective coating, and completeness.
To prepare a commercial proposal, simply provide the intended use of the building, desired dimensions, number of modules, and installation location. If the project has not yet been developed, our specialists will recommend an optimal technical solution and provide a preliminary cost estimate.
Our factory can produce up to 360 Flat Pack modules per month, with the capacity to increase production volumes for large-scale projects.
Yes. We supply buildings with complete interior fit-out, including electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems, air conditioning, and other equipment according to the customer’s requirements.
Yes. We arrange delivery of modular buildings throughout Kazakhstan, as well as to Central Asian countries, the CIS, and other regions. Thanks to Flat Pack technology, transportation requires less space and significantly reduces logistics costs.
